Get a jump start on your week by creating a centered mindset with a Guided Meditation Journey every Sunday from 12:15-1:00, immediately following the Soulful Sunday heated yoga class at Ripple Effect Studio in Wimberley, Texas.

The LionHeart Studio in Wimberley, Texas is hosting a collective of dedicated healing artists committed to the expansion of consciousness, connection and well-being of the community.

Join me every 1st Monday of the month to begin your week grounded and fully centered with a group reiki class at 6 p.m. My style of Reiki includes Shamanic practices, angelic tones and light language transmissions.
